2. Bachelor’s Degree from a Recognized University with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects/ combination of subjects and in aggregate.  The electives subjects and Languages in the combination of subjects as under

a)  PGT (English) - English

b)  PGT (Maths)   - Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics

 

3. B.Ed. or equivalent degree from Recognized University

4. Proficiency in teaching in English medium.

 

Desirable :

Teaching experience of the subject in affiliated school will be given preference. Knowledge of computer applications

a)   For TGT (Punjabi): Punjabi as a subject in all the three   years.

b)     For TGT (English) : English as a subject in all the three years.

c)     For TGT (Social Sciences) Any two of the following:

       History, Geography, Economics and Pol. Science of which one must be either     History or Geography.

2)    B.Ed from a Recognized University.

3)    Pass in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), conducted by Appropriate Govt., CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.                                 

4)     Proficiency in teaching  English medium
